Our small town Rogoznica is located in the middle, between the National Park of Nature Krk and the National Park Kornati, the old towns of Šibenik, Skradin, Trogir, and Split. You can explore the whole area from one place without having to constantly change your place of stay
Our comfortable, well equipped, air-conditioned holiday house with a great view, for relaxing and peaceful vacation, is situated in the small, pretty bay Lozica, just a few steps to the sea.
Imagine it, you wake up, jump into a crystal clear, turquoise blue sea and then go to your balcony with a great view, enjoy breakfast, morning coffee with a book or just relax with the smell of the sea and the sound of the waves.
Or enjoy the spacious Mediterranean garden, full of trees, fragrant flowers, sounds of nature, birds. Prepare your meal on the grill.
For an active vacation at your disposal, you have also free kayak, SUP board and two bicycles/per apartment.
You can ride a kayak to explore our beautiful coast with many wild beaches and nearby islands.
Or, you can ride a bike to go to the shop or to explore our small fishing village with many restaurants, cafes and a well-known port of nautical tourism - Marina Frapa and a famous salt lake "Dragon Eye".
You can stroll or run along the waterfront, too. Lungomare - beach promenade along the entire coast, makes the all of our small concrete or pebble beaches easily accessible.
The location is very popular also for families with small children because of easy access to shallow water.

Tento Apartmán je veľmi dobre situovaný na krásne prežitie dovolenky pri mori. Majitelia Marína a Ante, sú veľmi milí a príjemní hostitelia.Už 3 krát sme tu prežili krásnu dovolenku. Tento rok pribudli aj kajaky na ktorých sme sa riadne pobavili. Vrele odporúčam najmä športovo založeným. Bicykle a kajaky sú skvelá kombinácia.
Super Gospodarze - pomocni, dyskretni i przyjacielscy. Apartamenty czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Klimatyczny ogród z dużym grillem {a nawet dwoma} i bazą do długich wieczornych biesiad. Polecam

Puno hvala gđo. Marini i g. Anti, bilo nam je prekrasno. Najbolji domaćini koje smo ikada imali na odmoru. Apartman je čist, uredan, ima sve što je potrebno za ugodan odmor, dvorište je prekrasno, puno cvijeća i mjesta za uživanje. Djeca su uživala u dodatnim sadržajima za njih. Puno hvala za sve, tortu, pitu, pomoć oko ježa i hobotnice :) Preporučit ćemo Vas svima jer smo stvarno uživali i odmorili se.
